Come enjoy a variety of soups for lunch at the city?s Super Soup Cook-Off Challenge at 12:00 p.m. at Myrtle?s Market. Various city departments will send one three-person team to prepare at least 20 quarts of homemade soup (any variety) for judging and tasting, as a delicious fund-raising event for the American Heart Association.
Barefoot Landing Benefit for Helping Hand ?Pick up your wristband for $5.00 (which goes to the North Strand Helping Hand) or discounted to $4.00 with two canned food items. Appetizer specials for $5.00 or less, dessert specials for $4.00 or less and various drink specials for the Progressive Diners! Wristbands can be purchased the evening of the event at the Helping Hand booths near Izod, House of Blues and the Carousel. Food and drinks are additional. Be sure to enter to win some of our great door prizes which will be drawn at 8:30 at the House of Blues with live music to follow at 9:00 p.m.

Boxing Legends Night ? The legends will ?meet & greet?, be available for photos and autographs, and speak about their great boxing moments and their involvement with Find A Dream. General Admission tickets are $10 at the door. VIP tickets are $50.

Souper Supper presented by The Myrtle Beach Chapter of American Culinary Federation on Sunday, from 12 PM Noon to 3:00 PM at Valor Park in The Market Common. This? is a popular culinary competition and tasting event that features over 50 Grand Strand restaurants and chefs. All competitors will serve tasty samples of their favorite soup along with bread, beverages and desserts provided by allied vendors and partners.
